Policies for Camps & Clinics

Cancellations

  • 24-hour notice required for all lessons, clinics, camps, and programs

  • Cancellations within 24 hours are charged in full
  • No-shows are non-refundable and non-creditable
  • Same-day cancellations cannot be rescheduled

Make-Ups & Credits

  • Make-ups are not guaranteed and depend on availability
  • Credits are issued only for academy-initiated cancellations (weather, closures, scheduling changes)
  • Credits must be used within the same session and are non-transferable

Weather

  • Weather-related cancellations may be credited or rescheduled at the academy’s discretion
  • No refunds for partially completed sessions

Late Arrival

  • Sessions end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival
  • No extensions or make-ups for late arrivals

Payment & Registration

  • Payment required in advance
  • Registration confirms acceptance of all policies
  • No refunds for unused sessions unless approved by the academy

Camps & Clinics

Drop-Off & Pick-Up

  • Drop-off no more than 15 minutes early
  • Pick-up must be on time

Parent Policy (Ages 4–18)

  • Parents may not remain on premises during sessions
  • Parents may not enter courts or interrupt clinics

Player Requirements

  • Bring water, sunscreen, and a towel

Refunds & Credits

  • No refunds for camps or clinics
  • Credits may be used for other academy programs
  • Credits are non-transferable

Personal Property

  • ADP Tennis Academy is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items
