Policies for Camps & Clinics
Cancellations

24-hour notice required for all lessons, clinics, camps, and programs
- Cancellations within 24 hours are charged in full
- No-shows are non-refundable and non-creditable
- Same-day cancellations cannot be rescheduled
Make-Ups & Credits
- Make-ups are not guaranteed and depend on availability
- Credits are issued only for academy-initiated cancellations (weather, closures, scheduling changes)
- Credits must be used within the same session and are non-transferable
Weather
- Weather-related cancellations may be credited or rescheduled at the academy’s discretion
- No refunds for partially completed sessions
Late Arrival
- Sessions end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival
- No extensions or make-ups for late arrivals
Payment & Registration
- Payment required in advance
- Registration confirms acceptance of all policies
- No refunds for unused sessions unless approved by the academy
Camps & Clinics
Drop-Off & Pick-Up
- Drop-off no more than 15 minutes early
- Pick-up must be on time
Parent Policy (Ages 4–18)
- Parents may not remain on premises during sessions
- Parents may not enter courts or interrupt clinics
Player Requirements
- Bring water, sunscreen, and a towel
Refunds & Credits
- No refunds for camps or clinics
- Credits may be used for other academy programs
- Credits are non-transferable
Personal Property
- ADP Tennis Academy is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items
