Policies for Camps & Clinics

Drop off & Pick up Policies: Parents are expected to drop off their Academy students NO MORE than 15 mins prior to the start time of the clinics or camps.

Pickup is expected promptly at the clinic or camp end time.

For all the students, age 4-18. Parents are NOT ALLOWED to remain on premises during clinic times.

Parents are NOT ALLOWED to enter the courts and interrupt the clinics.

Make sure that your child/children bring water, sunscreen, and a towel with them.

NO REFUND. Credits CAN be used for different programs or camps. Credits CANNOT be transferred to others.
