Abrie du Plooy
We offer comprehensive tennis programs for children and teens aged 4 to 18, designed to foster a love for tennis while developing skills, discipline, and sportsmanship in young athletes. Our experienced coaches provide age-appropriate training that focuses on fun, fitness, and fundamentals for younger players, and advanced technical, tactical, and competitive training for older and more experienced athletes. Whether your child is picking up a racket for the first time or striving to compete at a higher level, our inclusive and supportive environment ensures they reach their full potential both on and off the court. Marshall Winters
Marshall is a teaching professional at the Abrie du Plooy Tennis Academy, where he works with top-ranked players and serves as the Head of Youth Programs at private schools. A former top-ranked junior, Marshall trained at Hopman Saddlebrook Academy from 1993 to 1997. He graduated with honors from the University of San Diego and went on to earn an MBA and a Master’s in Economics from SDA Bocconi in Milan, Italy. He also attended Oxford University in the U.K. Previously, Marshall worked at Midtown Athletic Club in Chicago, where he successfully started and managed various youth programs and camps, making him the top-earning professional at this prestigious club.
Active engagement in sports, education, and extracurricular activities creates the discipline and work ethic that lead to achievement in all aspects of life.
